Wildlife Tours

Australian Wildlife Tours advises on places to visit and organises flight seeing ecotours by light aircraft. This service is based on 30 years experience of Dr George Wilson flying through the outback working as a zoologist, veterinarian, research scientist, resource conservationist and commercial survey pilot.

Following heavy rains in early 2010 and 2011, the outback and the central Australia are in flood and lakes are full. Expeditions are being taken by light aircraft to Lake Eyre, Cooper Creek, Innamincka and the Paroo River to see the wetlands, waterbirds and the explosion in life blooming in the desert.

We are also assisting in the development of Indigenous tourism including on Angas Downs Indigenous Protected Area  in the Northern Territory. {title} - PDF {size} - {date,"Y-m-d"}
